With over a decade of experience in the wellness industry, Sarah Schneider, the founder of Lotus Tree Wellness, is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Certified Meditation Teacher (CMT-200), Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), Certified Herbalist, and Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach (PN1-NC). Her holistic approach integrates ancient practices with modern, evidence based science to create tailored programs that address each client's unique needs and goals.
